Inclusion, Intersectionality & Impact Leader

Dr Verma is the leading figure in implementing and integrating intersectionality in higher education and public sector systems, policy and programmes both nationally and internationally. He is a strategic leader in co-creating and implementing equity, diversity, inclusion, and intersectionality initiatives into meaningful applications across programme, policy, systems change, people and culture functions.

Using a range of impact and evaluation methods, Dr Verma empowers institutions to advocate for inclusion. He has the tenacious ability to transform complexity into meaningful insights that enable national and international intersectionality, impact and inclusion programmes and policy to create sustainable change. Additionally, experienced in scaling to forming partnerships and increase development opportunities for institutions.

Dr Verma is a confident public and keynote speaker with the ability to engage, and connect with diverse audiences including staff, media and partners across the world. As an innovator, he is a relational and ethical thought leader that embraces systems thinking, complexity and creative design for social change tackling critical challenges facing marginalised communities.
